This case is before us for the second time. The first time we held that Judge Svetanoff was not immune from being sued under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981 and 1983 for race discrimination and for violations of the first and fourteenth amendments in connection with the termination of the plaintiff, a court reporter. McMillian v. Svetanoff, 793 F.2d 149 (7th Cir.), cert. denied, 479 U.S. 985, 107 S. Ct. 574, 93 L. Ed. 2d 577 (1986). On remand, the district court granted summary judgment to Judge Svetanoff on all of Ms. McMillians claims. Ms. McMillian has appealed that decision and we affirm.
