Appellants, citizens of Massachusetts, brought this civil action against Kenneth J. Turk, a resident and citizen of the Eastern District of Louisiana, and appellee Delta Fire & Casualty Company, liability insurer of Turks Chevrolet automobile which collided with appellants car in the State of Florida resulting in the personal injuries forming the basis of the suit.
